Many companies based in other countries, mainly in USA, built well established business around typical Italian products like PIZZA, ESPRESSO, CAPPUCCINO, although they do not guarantee the quality, the exact composition and presentation of the original products...”.

After 35 years of pastry business in South Italy, Germany and other european countries we have decided to build a franchising chain of italian-style bars or cafés selling high quality italian products to satisfy those needs.

Our plan is to promote a franchising of Italian Coffee, Pizza & Gelato Shops with the aim to offer the Italian quality of our products and the pleasure of the slow food but managing the business using the lesson learned from some successful F&B case studies: strong processes, few but well defined products, centralized control, customer centric approach, continuous staff training, total support to our franchisee.
Each customer entering one of our shops would feel a flavor of Italy, everywhere and at all times.
